Hello! Norman the clinic dog here. Wanted to let you all know the clinic is closed on Monday for Labor Day and will be back open Tuesday. We hope you all have a safe and fun weekend! As you can see I’ve taken over the front desk. I cannot guarantee any messages will be replied to over the weekend, but I will try my puppy best! I haven’t gotten answering the phone down yet. Or emailing. Or typing for that matter. Scheduling is a no-go. Need a med refill? No idea. Records…what are those? Can I eat them? This job ain’t no joke! How does my dad do it?? Motor says “listen up!” and happy July 4th weekend from us and some of our furry friends! We will be closed on Monday for the holiday and will be back open regular hours on Tuesday. In addition we wanted to say a big Thank You to everyone who has been patient with us about scheduling. We know it’s been a little rough lately. For those who don’t know, our doctor, Dr Shaw, is going through chemotherapy for breast cancer. She will be having surgery at some point in August/September and will be taking some much needed time off to recover. We are currently on a hold for scheduling new patients. We appreciate you all for being understanding and patient with our staff, and a gentle reminder to always be kind because you never know what someone is going through. Have a safe, happy holiday!! Talk about a FULL HOUSE. Today we had FIVE patients dropped off for most of the day to see Dr Shaw and for treatments. We also had three staff dogs in the house for a total of EIGHT dogs! PHEW. Zip, Manolo, Myrtle, Amadeus and Nima had a great time.

As of right now until the end of March we are keeping our mask policy the same. Meaning we will still require owners to wear a mask if you step inside the clinic, whether you are just in the lobby or coming in for an appointment. Come the end of March depending on the status of the virus and case numbers that may change. We are only still allowing just one owner per family for doctor visits and not allowing owners back for tech visits unless there’s an exemption. Thank you all for understanding! Stay healthy!
